Refund policy

1. Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of order delivered.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service at ismailziadshopify@gmail.com to initiate a return request.
  • Provide details including order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
  • Await confirmation and instructions from our team.

3. Exchange Process:

  • Exchange are accepted within 30 days from the date of order delivered.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will replace it at no cost. If you wish to exchange the products for any other reason, you will be responsible for returning them to us. Once received, we will dispatch the new products to you.

4. Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us  

5. Rejected Receipt of Order:

  • Refunds will not be issued for packages returned to sender (RTS). Returning a package without our approval may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of its value, with any associated fees deducted from potential refunds. Customers are responsible for unauthorized shipping and customs charges on Tuveria accounts. Tuveria is not liable for incorrect addresses or missed carrier instructions; undeliverable orders will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Returns from international locations may be subject to different terms and conditions due to local regulations.
